This means that we tried to remove the stains, but were unable to. Therefore, we do not weigh this item and do not charge money for it.

We are NOT dry cleaning service, because we are not using chemical products to remove stains.
We are NOT laundry, because we are eliminating almost all stains.

LaundryBot is as the client wants it.

Everything is included in the price:
delivery, washing, drying, ironing, stain removal.

We have a single price per 1 kg.
It doesn’t depend on what kind of thing it is, how much it costs or how many stains it has.

❗️We have no additional or hidden fees.

❗️In case the client finds new stains after washing. He must inform the company manager within 24 hours and we will take the item for re-washing.

❗️In the event that after washing LaundryBot the item is damaged and the item cannot be restored (stains were placed that were not there before delivery to us, which cannot be removed; the item was torn during washing or drying; mechanical damage was caused). We refund the cost of the item, but not more than 100 MYR for each item, provided that the order is paid in full.

We accept absolutely everything from shirts to underwear that can be washed with water.

We do not accept items that require dry cleaning using special equipment.

🛵 We pick up and deliver back always free of charge to all areas of Kuala Lumpur.
We have our own courier service.
Couriers arrive wearing a branded blue jacket.
We deliver in branded blue bags.

WE WASH ALL ITEMS SEPARATELY BY COLOR AND FABRIC.

🖤Clothes are black. Our task is to maintain the richness of the black color and avoid the appearance of spots or streaks.

🥼White clothes. We wash whites separately using organic oxygen bleach. Whitening components that effectively remove stains and preserve its original color! Soak and wash in water, observing the washing temperature indicated on the clothing labels. We strictly do not use chlorine bleaches such as Vanish.

👚Colored clothes. We separate colored items into groups of similar shades and wash them separately to avoid color transfer and maintain the vibrancy of each shade.

👟We delicately wash by mechanical means, clean from dirt, dry in special machines.

❗️We do not restore shoes. We do not accept leather or suede shoes.
